Duties, Responsibilities & Accountability

Ensure calibration of bagging machine.

Ensure Hammer machine mesh is not in broken condition.

Ensure Hammer mill cutting edge of beater is not blunt and if so; should change direction or replace.

Ensure all machine is clean and in working condition.

Ensure there is zero to none spillage of DOC on the floor and from the machine.

Monitor/Regulate bagging rate subject to DOC production rate.

Ensure compliance of production lines, equipment’s and premises.

Safely manage waste and residual material.

Assign work according to production need.

Maintain Bag Production Report shift wise.

Ensure all stitching machine should be in working condition. Maintain spare for the same.

Ensure proper Grading and Grinding of DOC as per buyer quality.

Monitor the bagging of DOC production.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensure asset reliability.

Ensure smooth operation of plant through preventive and predictive maintenance techniques. To minimize the risk & impact of failure of failure and breakdowns of any asset.

Ensure 100% plant availability through Good preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

Execute preventive & predictive maintenance of complete plant machines stationary and rotary. And complete tasks in planned schedule.

Create list of equipment, critical equipment list.

Create critical spare part list and assure minimum stock always through min-max-reorder quantities.

Support the team in listing the material requirement for Annual maintenance of plant.

Check and keep all the special tool record.

MTTR and MTBF report.

Ensure data are used or processed for the purpose set for such data and ensure absolute confidentiality while processing or using personal data. Get the consent of the data subject before collecting, processing, and using data.

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Total experience of 5-7 in manufacturing field of plant capacities of 500 TPD and above. Preferable experience in bulk food grains and liquid handling. At least 50k tons solid storage
